It's all about movement. Retraining your body to move efficiently and safely. To move like you did when you were a kid—with full function and fun.
We teach movement, rather than simply training muscles. We'll help you run, jump, crawl, balance, and challenge your body to make it stronger and more supple. When you move as your body was designed to move, you perform well and feel great.
We work one-on-one with clients to create movement, fitness, and rehab programs. We help people train for a specific athletic event, increase strength, lose weight, and recover from and prevent injury. We also work with clients who have neurological issues such as Parkinson's.
We start off our clients with an in-depth assessment. We want to know where you're strong, where you have limits, and what we need to work on to make you healthier. From there we tailor a program just for you—to help you increase performance, build strength and flexibility, move efficiently, and have more fun doing the activities you love.
We work with clients who are motivated to work hard and who take responsibility for their health and wellness. As a result, many of our clients experience enhanced physical and mental well-being.
We want to help you increase function and fitness, improve mobility, boost athletic performance, and stay injury free—which means more fun and less pain doing the activities you love to do.
